Chrome Oxide Green PG17

A mid-value green with relatively low chroma/saturation that makes a great starting point for mixing a huge range of natural greens.  Its average tinting strength means it can easily be pushed towards a yellow-green or towards being a blue-green.  Being an inorganic pigment with relatively large molecule size, it offers good opacity.

While some chrome pigments can have health considerations like many other heavy metal compounds which, upon extended exposure, can build up in the body over time.  This pigment dispersion is based on biologically inert Chrome III which is insoluble and not bioavailable, it is therefore not required to carry any heavy metal safety warnings.
